We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase you may ship the products directly to Wholesale2go.ca

In order to get a full refund, the product(s) MUST be unopened. Open products will qualify for online store credit, once we receive the product back. Store credit will depend on the amount of product consumed. 

Please contact us either by phone or by email in regards to returning your product and mention the following: the Order number, the products to be returned, the quantity to be returned (if more than one was purchased) and the reason for return. 

Defective products can be returned directly to Wholesale2go.ca within 30 days from the arrival date, at our discretion, for credit, replacement or exchange

If your order arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE the package at the door. If you are unable to do so and accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Wholesale2go.ca to file a damage claim. Save the products AND the original packaging it arrived in, and contact us for further instructions. 

The only exceptions to the above rules are the following products. There is No Refund or Exchange on the following products:
